This is an exciting role and we are looking for someone who has experience or interest in the construction industry. This organization primarily focuses on high-end residential projects located on the westside of LA. As the Office Manager you will be responsible for all administrative functions which include processing certificates of insurance, screening calls, tracking hours of labor employees to process for payroll, etc. Familiarity with cloud storage and file maintenance is a must. In addition you will help with light bookkeeping using QuickBooks and you will assist with AP and AR. This is a small office located in Westwood so we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a small office atmosphere and who is incredibly organized. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of administrative support experience and is trainable and wants to grow. The company offers 5 days vacation, 5 sick days, holidays off and the hours are 9-6 with some overtime. Casual office with street parking.
