An employer is looking for a Construction Manager, the position will be sitting in Lemoore, CA.
This person will review construction plans and specs as well as building and specialty permits from local jurisdictional agencies.
They will be attending weekly production and operations contractor meetings while performing regular site observations.
This person will be reporting to the Project Manager of production on conformance with the contract schedule.
They will be attending all critical pre-installation conferences with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants and manufacturers’ representatives, digitally archive weekly progress and technical photographs of construction activities, track and follow up on punch list items, conduct quality audits to ensure that work is getting done and progressing as planned, conduct timely site inspections, review systems to improve process efficiency and manage potential delays, track materials deliveries.
Minimum Requirements
• 5-10 years of field experience as Construction Manager
• Experience in building and reviewing construction plans for large manufacturing or facilities build (NO RESIDENTIAL OR LIGHT INDUSTRIAL)
• Ability to revise technical photographs of construction activities
• Conduct quality audits to ensure the progress of construction site
• Time management skills over site inspections, potential delays and tracking material deliveries Desired Skills
