Construction Billing Coordinator

PCM is actively looking for a Construction Billing Coordinator with 2 + years of hands on experience in the commercial construction industry, preferably having worked with General Contractors.

Must be able to prioritize projects and have strong problem solving skills.

Required skills include monthly billing, request subcontract invoices, knowledge of preliminary notices, and releases.

Someone with fluent skills in Excel is a must.

Knowledge of AIA percent complete billings and Sage software usage is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Process monthly AIA billing
Identify vendor billing discrepancies and collect conditional & unconditional lien releases
Office administrative/accounting duties
Communicate with subcontractors, team members and clients
Misc.

admin tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction accounting
Familiarity with cost codes, plan check, insurance, and permitting process
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Sage and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented
Strong organizational skills
Proactive and positive with a good working attitude
Ability to prioritize, multitask, take charge and work in a highly fast paced environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree preferred
