Assembly Technician/Club Builder (OT + Monthly Bonus!)
We are looking for full time Assembly Technicians/Master Club Builders to train in golf club building and can hit the ground running quickly.
Assembly Technician/Club BuilderResponsibilities
– Ownership of all aspects of the golf club building process (assembly, disassembly, bending, stamping, etc.).
– Responsible for building 80-100+ clubs/day.
– Quality golf club work and documentation.
– Contribute to efficiency of build production.
– Golf club work (pulling shafts, removing grips, cleaning, etc.).
Assembly Technician/Club BuilderRequirements
– Experience in a hands-on assembly role/production of a hand crafted product, carpentry, etc.
– An interest in learning.
– Detail oriented and takes pride in work.
– Punctual, flexible, willing to learn.
– Must be able to bend, stretch, and stand for long periods of time.
– Must be able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment.
