A non-profit in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant to support a small group of Principals.
Day to day duties will include managing calendars, answering phones, processing expenses, coordinating travel, helping with correspondence and other administrative tasks.
Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years of administrative experience, must be passionate about the company’s mission, is a self-starter and has a team oriented mentality.
In addition, the assistant will have strong written and oral communication skills.
The hours are 9am to 5pm with an hour lunch break.
Salary is based on experience, plus discretionary bonus, excellent benefits and 4 weeks of vacation.
