When you join TeamAmex, you become part of a diverse community of over 60,000 colleagues, all with a common goal to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the two VPs and teams within the Digital Banking and Money Movement Organization.Organizing and maintaining complex calendars using a high level of tact and integrity, including scheduling meetings and conference calls across different time zones, most frequently between AZ, NY, CA, UK, and IndiaManaging the logistics of key meetings, including room reservations, catering (if needed), production of meeting materials, etc.Assist in gathering and compiling information for town hall decksCoordinating complex travel arrangements including air, hotel, and car serviceSubmission of expense ReportingManaging and tracking the payroll system for the team (holidays, vacation, sick days, etc.)Ordering supplies and/or peripherals for the teamAssisting with roster updates including but not limited to distribution lists, organizational charts, etc.Submitting of vendor invoices in AribaWorking with another EA in event/activities planning to maintain or boost team culture and engagementAssist in the monthly organizational announcement’s creationGeneral follow-up and reminders to effectively meet deadlines and commitments As part of our diverse tech team, you can architect, code and ship software that makes us an essential part of our customers’ digital lives.

Must have 5 years of executive and administrative experienceAbility to organize and work on own initiativeAbility to work independently or with minimal directionExperience in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks, organizing large meetings, and arranging travelAbility to manage and complete multiple tasks within specified timeframesAbility to act diplomatically and respectfully when communicating with individuals of varying levelsExpert level of written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding and appreciation of key customer relationships internal & externalAccuracy and attention to detailsFlexible, proactive, well organized, resourceful, and efficientHandling of confidential and sensitive issues in an appropriate mannerAn ability to demonstrate adaptability and flexibilityIntermediate knowledge of MS Office a huge plusFamiliarity with Amex organization and Amex-specific systems (procurement, payroll, HR, etc.) is preferredFlexibility and availability when VP(s) are travelingTechnology background, a plusWorked in a Corporate environment, a plus We back our colleagues with the support they need to thrive, professionally and personally.
