1) Tasks
§ Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
§ Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
§ Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
§ Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.
§ File and maintain records.
§ Receives mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items and maintains log
§ Coordinate with Accounting to purchase office supplies
§ Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
§ Provide assistance to department manager as assigned and maintain effective communication with manager regarding interdepartmental tasks.

Ability to greet visitors, clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent attendance record

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Basic understanding of office equipment

Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Korean
