KYX is seeking a Receptionist/ Office manager to join KYX World’s culture team.

This role will assist management with daily tasks and responsibilities that help ensure the KYX office is running smoothly.

The goal of this role is to increase the productivity of the executive team by high-level administrative assistance, and assist the KYX culture team in creating an efficient and high-level work environment.

What you’ll do:

Answer office phone calls and greet all guests/visitors

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and daily shipments

Perform daily audits on all shipping, packaging and cleaning supplies to ensure all supplies are ordered and up to date

Work with the operations team to create a clean, safe and efficient office environment

Maintain and oversee all office supplies.

This includes ordering office snacks, furniture and special items

Ensure the KYX office is clean and organized, including restocking supplies, snacks and beverages each week

Order lunch each Friday for the KYX team

Disperse out all company wide memos, including meeting notifications and time sensitive information

Perform minor bookkeeping duties as necessary

Aid in the recruiting of new hires: posting job ads, holding preliminary interviews and sending out all new hire assignments

Coordinate travel arrangements, including the booking of flights, hotels and rental cars

Filter office information and disseminate important findings to upper management

Keep track of all employee technology, including the ordering of company technology for new hires

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Adaptable learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Ability to be execution and detail-oriented, while simultaneously able to see the strategic “big picture”

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong communication, organization and people skills

Ability to break down open-ended problems into practical solutions

Desire to work with a start up and contribute to the growth of the company
