Galpin Motors is looking for a Customer Relations Associate to join our team at our Polestar location in Beverly Hills, CA.

We are looking for a Customer Relations Associate with outstanding customer relations skills to maintain a great rapport with our customers.
This role is for someone who is enthusiastic, hard working, and committed to great customer service.

Some of What You’ll do:
Welcome and greet every customer that enters our Polestar location
Ensure that each guest receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a friendly and tidy environment
Answer customer phone calls in a courteous manner
Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service
Provide Administrative support for the store’s needs
What we are looking for:
1-2 years customer service experience
Experience working for auto dealership, preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Professional work ethic and high integrity
Ability to work as a team and/or independently
