Currently seeking a full-time Receptionist for our 300-bed skilled nursing facility located in Los Angeles.

Position:

Receptionist

Full-Time

Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service related field.
Familiarity w/ basic accounting practices and confidentiality policies.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
High school graduate or GED.

Duties:
Answers main telephone lines and coordinates the telecommunications flow of in-coming calls and paging procedures within the facility.
Greets and directs residents and visitors to appropriate locations within the facility.
Sorts and distributes in-coming mail.
Updates communication boards.
Helps to coordinate the day to day functions and manages department schedule such as meetings and events.

This is an essential role to our facility and is the first point of contact to our patients and families as well as our colleagues.
