Minimum Requirements: * Previous experience in customer service * Previous client interaction in an office environment * Intermediate to advanced computer skills * Insurance licensing preferred but not required

Responsibilities: Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service you will:

Answer the Phones in friendly and warm manner

Prioritize day to day tasks and issues Operate with a proactive approach to advisors & clients Complete & process servicing requests Maintain database programs Respond to client inquires as needed Process transactions Follow-up as necessary with vendor companies and clients Assist advisor with pre-appointment preparation Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers or amendments

Greet and manage all incoming/outgoing visitors

Check in all guests and provide welcoming accommodations

Manage appointment and conference room

Provide administrative support for Operations team

Assist with employee and visitor parking passes and validation

Maintain a clean and visually appealing office and kitchen space

Organization and ordering of supplies and office equipment

Arranging courier services and tracking package pickup/drop-offs

Perform day-to-day operations, such as filing, scanning, mail distribution, conference room set up, and additional office work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
