Receptionist

Responsibilities for this experienced Receptionist position include, but are not limited to:

  • Route all calls to correct personnel
  • Maintain reception area, greeting, COVID restrictions, etc.
  • Customer service to staff, vendors and visitors
  • Manage heavy flow of sample pick-ups by vendors
  • Managing office calendar, including conference room calendar
  • To be considered for this experienced Receptionist position, you should:

  • at least 3 years of office clerical experience
  • 1-year experience with utilizing multi-line switchboard
  • Office etiquette always
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Requirements:

  • Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm and/or 830am – 530pm
