Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering the switchboard, receiving and distributing incoming deliveries.

In addition, the Receptionist assists with various clerical duties and projects as assigned, and may assist with completing initial paperwork for new admissions during after-hours shifts if assigned.We have 2 opportunities
– 1 full-time (1:00-9:00 pm); and 1 PRN (as-needed)RequirementsEducation: High school graduate or equivalent.Experience:Two (2) years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a heath care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.Additional Requirements:May be required to work holidays, flexible hours, and occasional overtime.SKILLS:Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.Strong interpersonal skills.Knowledge of computers and various software programs
