Due to our recent success in this industry and a growing workload, we have an immediate need for a person with a can-do attitude and can work independently.
Required Skills: The Receptionist will possess the following experience Operate multiline telephone to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
Giving time and attention to customer’s needs.
Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail or facsimile machine.
Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.
Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents.
File and maintain records.
Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents.
Must be able to lift maximum 40 lbs.
Track and update vehicle repairs and maintenance files.
Manage keys for vehicles.
Manage lead centers such as Angie’s list.
Type proposals for Sales and maintain records.
Follow up calls to prospective customers.
Maintain sufficient quantities of sales folders.
