We are currently looking for a Full Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant , who will be responsible for directing all incoming calls; accordingly, greeting all visitors as well as handling various administrative tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer all incoming calls in a pleasant, professional and courteous manner, following the stated standard greeting Greet and direct all walk-in clients and vendors in a with a smile and in a courteous manner Process all incoming and outgoing mail, track shipping accounts and packages Maintain the office reception area and conference rooms along with the equipment Generate memos and/or correspondences upon request Handles additional projects as directed This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management.

Education and/or Experience : High school diploma or the recognized equivalent, required One year of prior experience in an office environment/receptionist, preferred Ability to work full time shifts Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.
– 5:00 p.m.

Computer Skills: Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) Knowledge of EPIC of other Agency Management Systems preferred Other Qualifications: Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members Self-motivated and driven Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
