Our operation requires focus, attention to detail, number crunching, and a desire to learn and grow with an outstanding company. *Receptionist/Admin Assistant Job Duties*:
* Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone. Direct all phone and foot traffic accordingly
* Answer multiple phone lines, taking messages or referring inquiries to the right personnel
* Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
* Filing, clerical, data entry, sending and receiving email correspondence part of daily duties-Will be trained to suit
* Ordering office supplies and locating specialized goods and services upon request
* Handle UPS and Mail duties
* Able to perform special assignments requiring detail data spreadsheets – Will be trained to suit
* Able to navigate and maintain archived data files as requested by staff.

*Receptionist/Admin Assistant Requirements:*
* Ability to multi-task and handle heavy phone and foot traffic
* Keep a cordial telephone personality
* Must be able to prioritize for best time management and results
* Ability to manage multiple projects as requested by staff
* Professionalism with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Organized thinker, self-starter, motivated
* Bilingual – Spanish is highly desired
* High School diploma required
* Some College experience preferred
* MS Proficient – Word, Excel, Outlook
* QuickBooks Knowledge is a plus
* Must dress in business casual and maintain phone etiquette at all times
* Maintain an orderly, clean and tidy office environment at all times

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
