Receptionist

A thriving company in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area is seeking a Receptionist to join their team.

This individual will be responsible for making a positive first impression on visitors and must possess excellent interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver ad motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Greeting visitors, determining reason of visit, and directing them accordingly -Providing guests information about amenities and services -Phone and email correspondence -Effectively presenting information and responding to inquiries from staff and guests -Monitoring visitor access passes -Various clerical and administrative duties as needed Qualifications: -1 to 2 years of applicable experience, preferably in reception-Fantastic phone presence and customer serviceIf you are interested and meet the above qualifications, please reply with your updated resume.
