An Aston Carter client in Colorado Springs is hiring for an in office Receptionist role.
This position will be a hybrid Receptionist/ Data Entry role.
Description: 70% of the time: -Entering customers’ POs into the database system -Print out drawings & create work orders for production team -Follow up with customer to let them know Lieb has received PO in a timely manner Assist with international shipments Work through and upkeep spreadsheets with PO & shipping information 20% of the time
– Administrative Duties: Answering phones Filing & sorting forms Distribute mail Create labels, timecards, and send/receive packages 10% of the time: Refilling vending/soda machines Clean/maintain coffee bar Assist with international shipments Employee birthdays Additional Skills & Qualifications: MUST HAVE: -Work experience in Microsoft Excel -1 year of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Experience -1 year working in a role that dealt with invoices, PO’s (must be able to read a PO and understand if something is missing) NICE TO HAVE: -ERP system experience -Experience with international shipment regulations About Aerotek: We know that a company’s success starts with its employees.
