Receptionist

Major law firm in Los Angeles is seeking to hire a Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills. Receptionist must have solid experience using multi-phone lines in a corporate or professional services setting. Responsibilities will include managing incoming and internal calls, greeting and directing clients and visitors, Conference Room and catering scheduling, making travel arrangements, and special projects as assigned. Additionally, Receptionist will assist with invoicing, documents, reports, data entry and other clerical duties as needed. Firm seeks a candidate with a highly proactive and positive outlook and strong communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), multi-line phones, scanning, faxing and general business applications required.
