Legal Administrative Assistant, Litigation

Law firm located in Century City is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support their Litigation department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: handle state/federal/appeals and e-filings; process expense reports, check requests, enter partner billable time and review client prebills; and arrange travel, coordinate meetings and conference calls across various offices and time zones. Must be familiar with Federal, local and E-Filing rules.
