Job Overview We are temporarily offering a signing bonus for this position of $1,000.HealthRight 360 is a 200 bed residential facility for men who are in custody and on parole.
We provide comprehensive substance use disorder, mental health, and psychiatric care by an interdisciplinary team of professionals.
Treatment episode ranges in time from 60 days to 12 months.
HealthRight 360 is a fast-based environment where communication is paramount in order to provide cutting edge services to men in a residential treatment setting as well as their families.The Administrative Manager oversees the management of the building and associated vendors, purchasing, reconciliation of accounts, supervision of the Administrative Assistant, and other needs in accordance with the program needs and any other tasks, as instructed by the Program Director.
Key Responsibilities Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Management of CDCR accounts for resident funds.Management of internal agency accounts.Reconciliation of program accounts, resident accounts, and associated programs.Oversight of purchasing according to resident and program needs.Management of vendors and payment of accounts.Management of various licensing requirements for the program.Oversight of building management including interior and external building maintenance needs.Supervision of the Administrative Assistant and knowledge of their tasks and responsibilities.Maintain documentation in compliance with applicable Federal, state, and local standards.Responsibilities include coordination of all administrative services with CDCR, agency, and various program vendors.Keep organized records as per the agency standards.Coordinate with residents, counselors, nurse, CDCR staff, and outside providers regarding program and resident needs.
Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or higher.Finance and Administrative experience preferred.Required:First Aid Certified within 30 days of employment.CPR Certified within 30 days of employment.CDCR Background Clearance Required: Must not be on active parole or probation.Knowledge Required:Experience serving incarcerated populations and those diagnosed with mental illness.
Ability to enter data into various electronic systems (including, but not limited Microsoft Office and QuickBooks) while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Integrity to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of interdisciplinary team and independently assume responsibility.A clear understanding of, and the ability to demonstrate, professional ethics, boundaries, and judgment.Professionalism, punctuality, flexibility, and reliability are imperative.Action oriented.
