We are looking to grow our team with an Administrative Assistant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for many different tasks related to the operations of the business.

They will field calls and maintain calendars.

Additionally, this individual will organize reports and documents to ensure ease of access.

Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders when necessary Managing the executive’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing most sensitive matters Using various software (HubSpot, Monday, etc.), including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation to prepare special projects

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Administrative experience (5 years) Outlook (2 years) Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) HubSpot (Preferred but not required)
