RemX is partnered with a highly regarded healthcare organization with an IMMEDIATE opening for an Administrative Assistantin Los Angeles (Ladera Heights area). This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our client’s behavioral health department. 100% onsite. Answer phones, take or route messages Schedule, reconfirm and cancel appointments Check in patients Collect and post copayments Assist with reporting in Excel Data entry into company’s EMR Job Requirements: 3+ years of administrative experience 1+ years healthcare industry experience providing admin / clerical support Strong customer service skills required to communicate effectively with all levels of management internal/external Ability to research and prepare reports Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) Typing 40 wpm
