Development Administrative Assistant

The role of Development Administrative Assistant is a temporary paid position (6 month part time position, with the potential to become a regular position), supporting development tasks, while keeping aligned with organizational goals.

This is a visible position that will have communication with donors.Key Responsibilities:Assist with schedulingDuties include:Event coordinationChoir schedulingSet up toursWork with donorsCommunication and follow up with current & potential donorsRequired Skills and Experience:Excellent communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills; the ability to work effectively with donors, volunteers and staff; display superior judgment and diplomatic skills; excellent verbal and written communications skills.Detail-oriented and ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks concurrentlyMust be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.

Extremely high degree of professionalism and integrity, as well as the ability to pay attention to detail and quality standards are required.Self-starter able to work independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office suite programs, Word, Excel, Power PointMust be able to successfully pass background check, and have unrestricted access to driving privileges
