Major responsibilities
– Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals
– Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support
– Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures
– Be an asset to other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
– Place orders for office and kitchen supplies
– Have strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
– Manage various office files and provide general office filing support
– Create a fantastic first impression for visitors

Job Requirements:
– 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems (Bilingual in Korean/English)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
– efficient, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
– Strong customer service and office administrative skills
– Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
– Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
