Job Description: AllSTEM Connections is looking for an Administrative Assistant in the LA/Universal City area, paying up to $27/hr.
The ideal candidate for this position would have: ?
At least one year experience supporting an executive at the Director or VP level ?
Experience working in a fast-paced environment ?
Strong computer proficiency ?
Strong communication and organizational skills, An interest in production management and/or studio operations strongly preferred!
Responsibilities include: ?
Supporting a VP in various administrative tasks, including answering phones, memo drafting, and calendar maintenance ?
Answering incoming calls to the department ?
Acting as a backup to handle incoming calls from prospective commercial, feature, and television clients ?
Leading daily departmental meetings and facilitating the disbursement of key production information ?
