PAE has an opportunity to provide administrative support in Los Angeles, CA.

Duties may include:

Perform program administrative/general support functions to include:

  • Open, date stamp and sort incoming mail. Process outgoing mail. Scan mail and documents.
  • Retrieve electronic documents from holding queue and link to transaction.
  • Retrieve calls from hotline and enter into call log.
  • Assemble case folders with incoming case documents.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite or applications to enter data.
  • Track requests, filing.
  • Perform receptionist by answering telephones, directing callers to appropriate staff, retrieve messages from the office voice mail system for referral to appropriate staff, greet visitors, coordinate and de-conflict schedules as required and directed; maintain calendars for senior government officials; perform routine meeting preparation tasks.
  • Other general duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to perform detailed work consistently, accurately, and under pressure extremely important. 
  • Must be able to read and follow instructions. 
  • Must be able to understand task, task objectives, and the context of the task in the litigation support effort as a whole.
  • Must take the initiative to ask questions when necessary to complete task correctly (e.g. where instructions are not explicit or appear to be contrary to the task objective).
  • Must have typing/keyboarding skills and good communication skills. 
  • Must be knowledgeable user of the Government’s office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, database, spreadsheet, imaging, and telecommunications systems. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree preferred. 
  • Litigation support experience valued. 
  • Familiar or have direct experience with HIPPA compliance, laws, and or regulations.
