Administrative Coordinator

Growing Association supporting Surgeons located in Schaumburg is looking to hire a friendly, organized and experienced Administrative Coordinator.

Assisting with general Admin duties, light travel, membership support, website content and project work.

This role is hybrid two days in office, provides excellent benefits and a collaborative environment.

Pays up to $55K based on experience.

Immediate interviews Job Duties: Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of society’s activities Perform a wide variety of detailed administrative and project management activities Support Membership, provide excellent customer service Assist with committee activities as assigned Job Requirements: At least 1-3 years of Administrative experience within a corporate environment Strong Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems (they use Adobe, a membership database, etc) Experience supporting several people or departments Light travel coordination and ability to travel twice a year for annual meetings Must excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
