ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAnswer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.Sign-in and receive patients, guestsand visitorsProvide general information to staff, clients or the public.Type, format or edit routine memos or other reports.Copy, file and update paper and electronic documents.Collect information and perform data entry.Log and make discharge calls to former patientsFacilitate and manage visitations.Ensure safety measures are adhered.Assist internal and external customersProvide excellent customer serviceAnd Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.REQUIREMENTSHigh school diplomaFull vaccination for COVID-19 per local, state and/or federal laws/regulations.
