Administrative Assistant / Program Aide

LOCATION: GILBERT/MESA Program/Position Service Description: Ability360 Program Aides/Administrative Assistants (PA) provide Administrative Branch Operations support to the Home Care Services program.

Home Care Services delivers high-quality, person centered non-medical home care to AHCCCS/ALTCS/DDD eligible members in their homes or places of residence.

Required Qualifications: Bi-Lingual
– Spanish/English High School Diploma or GED 18 years of age Strong computer skills Criminal background clearance card Negative TB test Outstanding organization skills Excellent customer service Ideal candidates will have the following personal qualities: Calm under pressure Kind and compassionate Dependable Able to multi-task Positive attitude Works well in face paced environments Respectful in person and on the phone Ability to communicate effectively Major Responsibilities: Answer phones, greet applicants and consumers Create, organize and maintain confidential employee files.

Track completion of applicant requirements.

Monitor contract compliance; CPR, 1st Aid, TB, Criminal Background cards.

Data entry, scanning, faxing Assist PCA Instructor with clerical duties Assist Program Manager with other duties as assigned Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in an office setting with frequent movement throughout the office.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday, with weekends and holidays off.
