Duties/Responsibilities: File, fax, copy, scan, mail and manage phone calls. Order office supplies and monitor inventory. Supervise, direct, and train student employees; coordinating appropriate projects. Assist with budgets (process and tracking). Process Dean’s List certificates. Assist with issuance and processing of full-time and part-time contracts. Assist with the issuance and processing of the Program Enhancement Grants and Professional Development Grants. Post and maintain class cancellations. Assist with the distribution of the Board of Trustees mailing. Assist with faculty new hire paper work, faculty unemployment claims, faculty verification of employment. Assist with other support operations as requested and as responsibilities permit. Other Duties and Responsibilities 1. Perform other job-related duties, as assigned. Requirements: Knowledge: Good working knowledge of office environment. Good knowledge of computers and software programs (Microsoft Office) Abilities and Skills: Interact well with co-workers and College community Exercise sound judgment; detail oriented.
