– if you’re here looking for a 9-5, our company isn’t for you.Apply today to join the 100 employees in our HQ in Austin, Texas, or join one of our remote teams around the globeAdministrative Assistant / Office Administrator Role:You will be the first point of contact for our company so we are looking for a friendly, high-energy, and driven individual to manage our front desk and events on a daily basis as well as to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in-between.

You will also coordinate front-desk activities, manage signups for daily and weekly corporate events, and drive motivation and energy throughout the culture.

To be successful in this role, you should have an extroverted and people-focused personality, as this is also a customer service role.

You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while also streamlining office operations.

Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position to be successful because ultimately, the duties and responsibilities are to ensure as the front face of the company that we welcome all guests and team members positively and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.and that our overall team is taken care of to the highest standard daily.Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, directing visitors to the appropriate person and offices Ensure the reception and break areas are tidy and presentable, with all necessary material (e.g.

pens, forms, and brochures), the community cork board is taken care of, and that our groceries and snacks are delivered and stocked.

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email to team members as an info desk on benefits and company procedures Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries to team members throughout the building.

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of all company stock and equipment alongside office management Update calendars and schedule meetings as needed for company events Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers for admin Keep updated records of office expenses and costs Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, or mailing/packages Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policiesRequirements Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.
