Looking for an Administrative Assistant who has prior experience working for an Insurance Company.
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the sales and customer service teams. Projects may include data entry into our sales database, general customer service, working on sales proposals and more. Additionally, you will perform customer service duties such as mailing policies, printing auto ID cards and insurance certificates and assist with other property and casualty insurance programs and projects. All client communications are expected to be accurate, professional and timely.
Ideally looking for someone who has 2-3 years administrative experience. Prefer candidates who has some college-level coursework. Need to have excellent Word & Excel skills. Knowledge of an insurance management system; such as EPIC is highly preferred. Strong communication and grammar skills must be demonstrated.
