Administrative Assistant Intern
Transformation Coach, Entrepreneur, and TV Personality is seeking a part-time paid intern for her brand, tv/media segments, and show pre-production. (Los Angeles locals ONLY)
Duties:
Assist Executive Assistant and Director of Media with various administrative tasksFind potential sponsors and reach out
Assist in coordinating posts, photo, and video shoots
Keep updated log of sponsor reach outs and follow ups
Create social media content (editing apps and/or photoshop experience preferred)
Works closely and effectively with the Executive and Executive Assistant to keep them well informed of upcoming social media posts and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
Training will be provided
The candidate preferably would have some experience in the programs/ tools/ environments listed below (though we can provide some training):
Adobe Photoshop or GIMP (Design, Color Correction, Social Media, etc.)
Adobe InDesign ( social media, e-books, etc.)
Video editing software (Final Cut Pro)
Social Media Platforms (Instagram)
Microsoft Office
Qualifications/Requirements:
Google Drive
Reliable Transportation
Commitment of 9-10 hours a week (Mon-Fri from Sherman Oaks office)
Owns a laptop
Must be professional, responsible with a high level of integrity
Must be able to work well under deadline pressure
