– $25 / hour Responsibilities: POSITION SUMMARY:The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Executive Administrative Assistant team to help them stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on more advanced responsibilities.Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of officeAnswers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors.Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work resultsMakes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.Exhibits professional communication via phone, email, and mail.Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.Collate and distribute mail.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications: EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:High school diploma, or additional related work experience required.1 years’ previous clerical experience.Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.This position requires proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination as a condition of employment SKILLS/ABILITIES:Excellent oral and written communication skills.Able to organize work tools like MS software and office equipment.Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
