Key tasks andresponsibilities:
• Review and finalize fueltransactions
• Process large volume ofinvoices per week
• Process purchase orderrequests
• Validate servicetransactions against agreement and internal documentations
• Communicate with externaland internal customers Skills and requirements:
• 4-year degree preferred butnot required
• Ability to prioritize andmulti-task in a fast-paced deadline orientated environment
• High degree of accuracy andattention to details
• Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills
• Proficient typing skills(60 words/min.)
• Excellent organizationaland analytical skills
• Ability to be an effectiveteam member and display initiative
• Proficient with MS Word andExcel experience strongly desired
