Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Description: Works directly with the Chief Growth Officer to coordinate and advance the active agenda of the Atlas organization. Additionally, the Executive Administrative Assistant will support the Business Development Team.

Duties:

  • Executive support for Chief Growth Officer and Business Development team to include:

  • Calendar management: set appointments, prioritize, and proactively resolve conflicts
  • Travel arrangements and coordination
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Communication support for conference calls and meetings
  • PowerPoint presentation support

  • Managing sensitive business communications, data, and other information with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion, both internally with employees and externally
  • Coordination and organization of corporate meetings and events
  • Ordering and stocking office supplies
  • General vendor management
  • Maintain kitchen and office supply inventory
  • Corporate Human Resources and Benefits liaison with HR Director
  • Provide accounting support to include filing, copying, data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
  • Special projects as requested

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ of strong Administrative Assistant experience, preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
