Our company promotes an environment that allows for continuous growth and promotion opportunitiesEssential FunctionsProvide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing, copying, shredding, and preparation of general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions.Under the direction of the CPO acts as liaison with all third party service vendors.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for PeopleOPS Senior Leadership.Maintains and updates SOP’s for departmental processes.Assists in the implementation of personnel policies and procedures; maintains the employee handbook.Monitors PeopleOPS project management tasks system (Podio).Assists with recruitment activities, on-boarding, and new-employee orientations.Contribute to staff development and training initiatives (Acero University); maintain records of all certifications and industry standards.

This task would also include administrative support for company’s Internship Programs.Monitors time and attendance records for all personnel.Maintain and update all position descriptions.In conjunction with broker, review benefits with employees and processes enrollment, cancellation or changes.

Organize and manage annual open enrollment communications and election process.

Verifies benefit billing accuracy and processes for paymentProcess all Unemployment Notices of Entitlement and potential charges in a timely, efficient manner.Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; audit Forms I-9.Report, maintain and monitor all workers’ compensation case files; follows-up on open cases.Support the department with all external audits and required reports; including governmental sources.Any related tasks and activities deemed appropriate by the CPO and Senior LeadershipSkills & CompetenciesAssociate’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred).At least 2 years supporting senior leaders (in a mid-size company or larger).Altus Spine is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
