Description Position at American Traveler The Administrative Assistant is an entry-level position essential to customer support and the credentialing process ensuring a smooth hiring process for healthcare professionals we place on assignments at hospitals across the country.This position requires a high level of clerical data entry while conducting 40-50 incoming and outgoing calls each day.
The Administrative Assistant, Client Support Rep will be primarily responsible for obtaining and validating professional references and employment history verification.
Additional client support includes acting as Live Chat Agent on our website, responding to text and email inquiries, and other support functions as needed.
Previous experience in this area is not required, we offer extensive training in a team-driven environment where you will learn quickly This is a great opportunity to gain professional business experience and be a vital part of our organizationPosition will start remotely (please have a dedicated workspace, computer, and high-speed internet).
