This position will help launch one of our newest locations.
Greet and Assist clients coming into the office Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary Schedule client appointments Process Payments Copy and obtain clients supporting documents in files/e-files Update/Maintain
– MyCase with clients communication, documents, scheduling, payment processing Scheduling Psychology Evaluation for En Solidaridad (ALIL’s clients and referral’s clients from other Attorneys) Record, update daily the Contract list and update client case with the case number Process mail Fax, Scan and upload documents Order office supplies Other job duties as assigned WHO YOU ARE: Bilingual
– Speak, Read and Write in English and Spanish An excellent verbal and written communicator with all levels of personnel Organized and detail oriented required to handle large volumes of work simultaneously Strongly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
