Seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for a role in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities: Assisting with maintaining the Human Resources database for LA office.
Maintaining all forms and general information relating to Firm benefits.
Maintaining all LA office-related documents, including the office phone directory, the attorney ECF list, and CLE files.
Maintaining staff and Attorney Resource Center (ARC) leave calendars.
Processing monthly invoices, such as parking and after-hours HVAC.
Assisting LA managers with emergency procedures.
Assisting with coordination of office events, including lunches.
Assisting with fulfilling requests for bios and other marketing materials.
Coordinating payment of CA Bar and other professional affiliation dues.
Requirements 1 year of prior law firm or other professional service administrative experience.
A minimum of 50 wpm typing.
Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software as well as using databases.
Excellent administrative skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting a strong attention to detail.
Ability to make sound decisions and demonstrate a high degree of trustworthiness in handling confidential and sensitive information.
