.Requirements:
Responsibilities
· Support office manager in diverse tasks throughout the office
· Assist office manager in drafting and managing office policies
· Perform general office clerk duties and errands
· Organize travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required
· Provide pick-up and drop off service for guests visiting the Los Angeles office
· Update paperwork, maintain documents and word processing
· Coordinate with different vendors for purchasing, catering and more to maintain the expectational office condition
· Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
· High school diploma with some college preferred
· Korean bilingual (Preferred but not required)
· Experience as an office assistant or in related fields
· Solid and safe driving practices
· Flexible to work on any given weekends and weeknights
· Able to lift up to 50lbs
· Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
· Impeccable multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
· Positive, enthusiastic personality to energize the workplace
· Interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse personalities and cultures
· Ability to work well under limited supervision
· Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
