Administrative Assistant

Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is seeking a full-time Office Operations Coordinator. We are a leading staffing provider of tech professionals! We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, hardworking and enjoys working closely with others.

The Role :

·       Greet Visitors

·       Identify and route calls to the appropriate personnel

·       Perform all related office administration and clerical duties to include but not limited to: filing system management, processing paperwork, editing/creating documents using Word, PowerPoint or other software programs, office supply inventory management and ordering, mailing/shipping/handling, as needed AP/AR and collections processing tasks

·       Assist the team by sourcing resumes on various recruiting platforms

·       Keep a clean and organized front of office area

·       Promote a positive working environment

 

What We’re Looking For :

 

·       Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

·       Quick learner, ability to pick up new software programs quickly

·       Positive, solutions-oriented mindset

·       Professional, friendly and customer service business acumen

·       Accelerated written and verbal communication skills

·       Punctual and dependable

·       1-year office administration experience
