What the Administrative Assistant will do?

Receptionist duties: Answer phones and greeting clients.

Call material suppliers and receive quotes.

Administrative Duties: Open mail, filing.

Book reservations for travel Light Bookkeeping: Reconciliations, setting up new vendors, getting approvals for invoices and setting up PO’s.

What the company needs in an Administrative Assistant: 3 years of Administrative/Bookkeeping experience Bilingual (Spanish and English)
– highly preferred Construction’s experience is a plus Looking for a self-starter with good written/communication skills Proficient in Excel (Spreadsheets and Formulas)
