Job Description

DWG Capital Group, DWG Capital Partners and owner Judd Dunning (Former NGKF/ARA Capital Markets Managing Director) is now seeking a new full-time assistant.

Strong typing, powerpoint, excel, InDesign and time management, skills preferred ~ license is not required.

Our offices at a private office in West LA (Mar Vista).

We seek an amazing, dynamic, positive and hardworking assistant with an interest in Commercial Real Estate.

We are seeking someone who can think far ahead of the owner/broker/deal sponsor actions and needs.

At DWG, we sell and buy all CRE classes, place equity and debt and syndicate our own CRE and environmental deals.

the dress is casual in a more informal WLA creative setting except when we suit up for client appointments.

Strong skills with InDesign and CRM is needed for long term success.

From large institutional deals in Office, Retail, Apartment, Development, Industrial, Sales Leasebacks, Debt and Equity
– both sales and syndications we do it all.

We are looking for an assistant who is looking to grow within DWG long-term.

Job Summary Description:

Thinking ahead as the principal will proactively assist, manage, and market by using the 80/20 role freeing up the executive’s core focus for revenue-producing activates (Doing, Delegating, Delaying or Dismissing) all non-revenue producing activities.

We are seeking talent looking for a longer-term position ideal 3-7+ years.

Inclusive of
– but not limited to:

Calls/Emails & All Schedule Management

Set up and que Conference calls and Zoom Calls.

Scheduling Appointments with Clients

Escrow: Contract and Escrow/Legal Coordination

Lead Generation/Follow up/Conversions/Lead Tracking

Posting: Costar, Loopnet, Private Equity Info, RCM, Title, Reonomy and Flyer Systems Colleterial Creation: Create OM’s, BOVs, Investment Decks, Flyers utilizing InDesign Marketing: Flyers, Advertising, Ad Creation

Web Presence: Website Tweaking, Content Writing & Posting

Social Media: Manage and update Social Media Accounts

Tracking: On-Time Reports for All Completed Tasks

Underwriting: Sale Leasebacks, Investments and Business Opportunities

Using InDesign for creating decks and flyers, announcements, etc.

Accounting: Company Books and Bill Payments

One day a week producing 3 shows and executing upcoming book advertising/booking interviews

Book travel and purchasing

Any/Other Errands

The position is subcontractor employment with workmen’s compensation coverage but no healthcare benefits.

Time will tell as the company expands and we grow together.
