Job Description Specific responsibilities include: Follow established procedures to prepare and format client tax returns/documents (will train) Organize and scan client source documentation ( confidentiality is a must) Ensure that all documents are completed and filled out correctly Maintain client files Provide project/administrative support in other areas of the department including executing letters, general correspondence, filing, scanning, etc.

Complete and submit outgoing correspondence and packages using, UPS, certified mail, priority mail, etc.

for the department and maintain tracking log Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and work towards deadlines Attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility Ability to work independently and within a team Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff Experience with general office support, scanning, photocopying, and receptionist coverage Experience with multiple systems and tools: XCM, ProFX tax, SafeSendReturn, or similar processing systems a plus Willingly work additional hours as required to meet deadlines.

Demonstrate initiative by constantly looking for and recommending ways to improve operations and/or client service.

Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, English or related field preferred Previous administrative experience, preparing documents, reports, etc.
