Administrative Assistant

• Log and generate documents, coordinate meetings, data entry, record information,
• Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
• Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
• Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
• Answer phones, and distribute relative information to members of the team.Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in an Administrative Support role.

• Excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
