Administrative Assistant

G2 is currently looking to expand our Administrative Team by adding an experienced Administrator within our HR and Terminals.

G2 Secure Staff employs over 6,00 aviation service professionals at 54 top traveled airports throughout the US.

Providing reliable, professional aviation service solutions ranging from ground handling services such as cabin cleaning, to customer assistance services, and security solutions.

This broad range of aviation solutions to enable our clients to maintain quality while maximizing operational efficiencies.

G2 Administrative Assistant

Partners with HR/Operations Management to ensure clerical, administrative support and coordinate day-to-day administrative operation of the company.

This includes filing, answering phones, reception, processing New Hires, processing airport badging applications.

Requirements/Qualifications:
High School Diploma required
Minimum 3 years within an administrative role required

Minimum 1 year within an HR role or similar highly preferred
Aviation experience preferred
Proficient in Excel
– required
Kronos experience highly preferred
Minimum 1-year experience within an accounting/billing setting required
Skillsets:
Proficient with Microsoft Programs
Ability to work effectively with numbers to efficiently and accurately handle payment processing, invoicing and the associated computer entries and paperwork (essential skills for the CSR role)
Must have experience providing top-quality customer service in a face-to-face setting
Friendly and attentive personality
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Experience with conflict-resolution in a customer service environment
Exceptional ability to attend to details
Computer skills, e.g., POS systems, reservation systems, accounting systems, Excel
Ability to multi-task effectively, interacting with customers, answering phones and attending to computer work
Must be able to learn and be Authorized Signer for LAWA badging processes
Maintain billing and spreadsheets
Answer and respond to calls/texts/emails sent from employees and maintain call off logs
Provide HR correspondence as needed to Management
Monitor and track employee call off log
Monitor and track Kronos
Partner with payroll and provide feedback accordingly for billing questions
Coordinate LAWA badging appointments and ensure communication with LAWA
Process termination paperwork, write ups, and partner with HR accordingly
Comfortable working within a Union setting, learning CBA requirements
Filing, documenting
Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to everchanging circumstances
