In addition to providing various administrative and clerical support for the Regional Office, the primary function of this position is to support the rental, service, parts and sales operations of the Regional Office.

Accounts payables, accounts receivables, maintaining accurate database information, creating and distributing reports, customer correspondence and managing the storage and retrieval of information.

Essential Functions of the Job Maintain the rental and accounting software Compile and distribute reports per schedule Manage the customer files including the responsibility of distributing rental agreements, all required documents and insurance requirements Collect and distribute IFTA reporting data including GPS monitoring Maintain inventory of promotional and printed form materials Generate and distribute invoices per rental schedule and conduct collection calls as required Local accounts payables Assist in and conduct parts sales on an as-needed basis Rotational, after hours, or weekend work may be required during peak seasonal demands Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must present a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times Strong business writing skills including the formatting of various types of correspondence Must be very organized and possess the ability to multi-task Self-motivated shows complete accountability is timely in all assignments Establishes credibility and trust easily, respects confidentiality and ethical standards; both internal and external with customer data and communications Very proficient with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, QuickBooks, Outlook, and keyboarding skills Proficient in the operation of basic office machines, copiers, scanners, UPS and FedEx methods Education and Experience High School diploma or GED equivalent Minimum five (5) years, verifiable, administrative/clerical experience Prefer experience in a service based business environment We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
