To support this growth and position Slalom for the years ahead, we are hiring a senior Finance Leader to work closely on key initiatives with leadership throughout Slalom.

We push the boundaries of what’s possible and deliver solutions that accelerate innovation at a global scale.

Our teams include Information Technology, Legal, Information Security & Governance, Marketing, Operations, Finance & Accounting, People, and our Executive Office.

What You’ll Do The Vice President (VP) of Finance will initially be focused on owning and driving various strategic initiatives and special projects.

This role, by design, will not have any direct reports initially.

Our goal is to afford this individual the time and space to tackle mission-critical and foundational initiatives.

Over time, this individual will lead a team(s) of finance professionals.

The VP Finance is a newly created role, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, and will partner closely with C-level Executives and senior leaders throughout Slalom.

People leadership and collaboration expertise are key in order to be successful in this role.
